Under the UK Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA) you have the right to complain to a data controller about how your personal data is being handled. Use the form below and we will acknowledge it immediately and provide a substantive response without undue delay.

If your complaint is about an event organiser (the controller for your booking), we will pass it to them and oversee the response. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.

A short summary, e.g. 'Right of access request' or 'Marketing emails after unsubscribe'.
